How is this different from your offshore service?

Onshore placement is for firms that need a US-based hire on the team: same time zone, same client-facing fluency, full-time and dedicated to your firm. What happens if the placement doesn't work out?
The 90-day guarantee covers any termination - performance, fit, or otherwise. We run a free replacement search and place a new candidate at no additional fee. No fine print, no pro-rated refunds to argue over. We'd rather get you the right person than keep a fee from the wrong one.
How long does a typical placement take?
Most firms have a shortlist of pre-vetted candidates to review within a few business days of the kickoff call. From there, the timeline depends on your interview process, placements typically close within 3 to 6 weeks. Senior or specialized roles (tax managers, audit leads) sometimes run longer; we'll flag that on the kickoff call so you have realistic expectations from day one.
