They request interviews. We sit in the middle for all of it, including negotiating your offer.

Your employer will not find you here.

Before your profile goes live, you tell us every firm you don't want seeing you — starting with the one you work at now. They're blocked. If they request access to our portal, you simply don't appear.

You're also not listed publicly. Firms have to be approved before they see anyone.

What does it cost me?

Will my current employer see my profile?

No — you tell us every firm you don't want seeing you before your profile goes live, starting with the one you work at now, and we ask you to. Blocked firms never see you, even if they request access to our portal.

How long does it take?

Most candidates go live within a few days to a week of their call. From there it depends on what firms are hiring for.

Do I have to interview during work hours?

Most people do, discreetly. We're used to it and we prepare firms for it. Taking a call from your car is normal here.

Are these remote?

Yes, all of them. Every role we place is full-time, permanent, and remote.

What if I'm just casually looking?

Build the profile anyway. It sits there, and you decide whether to take an interview when a firm asks.

Is there a background check?

Yes, before you go live — and we cover the cost.
