Meet Kristel
Meet Kristel Balingit, a senior cloud accountant with a CPA license based in the Philippines. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy.
Kristel is a Quickbooks ProAdvisor and working on her Quickbooks Advanced certification. She is also Gusto People Certified on US payroll and human resources.
Kristel started as an intern in an accounting firm working on audits. After finishing school she started full-time as an accountant in the hospitality industry where she handled accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and more.
Now as a senior cloud accountant for a US-based firm, Kristel credits her success working with multiple US business clients to her previous experience working for a private company. She understands what running a back-office operation takes.
Besides helping clients with month-end close, Kristel looks forward to that first morning cup of coffee, followed by a big breakfast to start her day!
