Who will I work with?

You'll be employed by CAS and matched with a US accounting firm, where you'll work every day as a dedicated member of their team. Your onboarding, pay, and support sit with CAS, while your day-to-day work and collaboration happen with the US firm you're matched with.

Does it cost me anything to apply?

Not at all. CAS never charges candidates any fees to apply, interview, or be considered for an opportunity. If anyone asks you for payment or money claiming to represent CAS during the recruitment process, please let us know immediately.

What happens after I apply?

Our team will review your application and experience. If there's a potential fit, we'll connect with you to learn more about your background and career goals before moving you through the matching process with a US firm.

What hours will I work?

CAS opportunities are full-time at 40 hours per week. Every role works US business hours, so you're part of the firm's culture. Your exact schedule is confirmed with you during matching, based on the firm's time zone.

Can I work for other clients on the side?

No. CAS roles are full-time and dedicated to one US firm, so freelancing, outside clients, or a second job aren't possible while you're with us. That focus is what makes this a long-term career rather than a gig.

What do I need at home?

You bring the workspace and reliable internet, and we'll help with the rest. CAS provides the equipment you need to get started, including a laptop, keyboard and mouse, headset, flash drive, monitors, and patch cable.

How am I paid?

You'll receive your pay in US dollars (USD) through a secure international payment platform, transferred directly to your designated bank account for a simple and convenient payment experience.

Do I need US accounting experience?

Requirements vary by role. Some opportunities require previous US accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or audit experience, while others may have different requirements. Check the individual job posting to see what experience is needed.
